Aussie Racing Cars for Sale



Aussie Racing Cars (ARC) is proud to announce that Australia’s largest motorsports category will commence its 2013 championship on the streets of Adelaide at the Clipsal 500.
Aussie Racing Cars is anticipating the 2013 event to be the biggest ever for the category, following on from the launch of Aussie RacingCars for sale all new Car of the Future on the Gold Coast last month, Australia’s largest manufacturer of racing cars is pushing ahead with the production and sale of 20 brand new spec cars including an all new Holden Cruze body shape in the lead up to the Clipsal event.

“The Clipsal 500 event is one of the great events on the Australian motorsports calendar and we are really excited to be commencing our 2013 championship on the streets of Adelaide. The ultra fast pocket rockets suit the famous city street circuit perfectly and will be as exciting as ever with the all new ARC Car of the Future set to race in Adelaide for the first time. Aussie Racing Cars are half size caricature versions of V8 Ford falcons, Holden commodore’s and Toyota TRD Aurion’s. They are purpose built rear wheel drive race cars powered by a YAMAHA 1.2 litre, 125 horsepower twin cam engine with sequential gear box which scream to 11,500 RPM!
Standing just on a meter high, the cars are small but their performance is breathtaking. 0-100 Kph is achieved in just over 4 seconds and the top speed is in excess of 230 kph.

The 2012 Championship is expected to be contested over 7 rounds racing at Australia’s largest motorsports events including the Clipsal 500 Adelaide.
Aussie racing cars is an Australian motor racing category. Essentially a motorcycle powered ilhouette racing car class, it was created by former touring car racer Phil ward.  Influenced by the American Legends category. Ward sold the category in 2012 to Keltic Motorsport, a motorsport company owned by Queensland based father-son team of Tony and Clark Quinn with Bathurst 1000 winner Jason Bergmann acting as commercial director.

The categories contest annual Aussie racing cars for sale series which is approved by the confederation of Australian motor sport as a national series. In 2009 the series made the transition from running at v8 supercars events to run on the Shannon national’s motor racing championship program. The serious has since transitioned some of its event back to V8 Supercar.
